After starting to use Fonify services, you may request a refund under certain conditions to ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to provide a fair and transparent process.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the payment date. Refunds cannot be made for minutes or features used during the period after starting to use our services. Refunds can only be processed for the unused portion.
To request a refund, you must contact us. Your refund request will be evaluated within 5-7 business days, and if approved, the refund amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds cannot be made in certain situations. Specially developed solutions, customized integrations, and special services provided under agreements are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, refunds cannot be made for services consumed within the legally mandatory period.
If you have not used your entire monthly plan, a proportional refund can be made for the remaining period. The refund amount is calculated based on the number of unused days of the plan fee.
You can cancel your plan at any time. After cancellation, a refund can be made for the unused portion in the current billing period. Automatic renewal is stopped and no charges will be made in future billing periods.
Payment processing for approved refund requests is completed within 10-14 business days from the approval date. Your bank or payment provider's processing time may require additional time.
